‘Performance, focus, relentless execution and the desire to improve’ has been my mantra through life.  It guided my academic experience in two different countries, directed my basketball practice through primary and secondary school (sooo many lay-ups) and has steered my corporate career of over 15 years and taking me to 7 different countries.   Without that mantra, adapting to constant change, improving my sport and successfully working within high pressure environments would have been impossible. 

Before becoming an executive coach, I was a corporate communications and marketing senior executive, leading teams through organisational changes and equipping them with the agility and adaptability necessary to deal with constant industry change.  My passion now lies in supporting leaders to instil a performance and winning mindset in their teams by linking a clear purpose to their collaborative abilities and by championing relentless execution and performance practices to deliver their business goals.  Work smarter not harder!  You win with each team member doing their job -inspired by great leadership.
