Executive Coach

I have been coaching leaders and teams since 2007. Before that, I was a drama teacher and senior leader in a large and challenging comprehensive school, where I saw first-hand the powerful impact - both positive and negative - of the patterns people repeat in their communication and behaviour.

Managing multiple stakeholders in a constantly shifting environment taught me how difficult it can be to balance strategic, long-term thinking with the pull of day-to-day pressures. It also showed me the profound influence leaders have on organisational outcomes and individual wellbeing. I bring that insight into my coaching to ensure my clients achieve clear commercial results while experiencing meaningful personal growth. I challenge leaders to be honest about what works, what needs attention, and how to leverage their strengths sustainably.

As an accomplished musician, I bring an understanding of presence and performance to my work, supporting leaders to communicate with clarity, authority, and impact. This proves especially helpful with regard to high-stakes meetings, conversations, and presentations. I’m also an ADHD specialist coach, helping leaders to better understand their executive functioning and to navigate work in ways that play to their strengths.
