I’m passionate about new challenges that help me learn faster.  In 2003, the first day of my first job was also the first day of a new start up - a consultancy created and led by a passionate woman with one goal: to give access to learning and skills development to as many local, small businesses as possible and support those teams to be the best versions of themselves.

I had zero experience of starting new businesses but I did have three things:  1) a wonderful mentor in the founder who saw in me the potential to do more and be better; 2) a shared passion for the impact she wanted to make and 3) an opportunity to learn a huge amount in a short time. I gained invaluable insights on how successful leaders and teams create the energy and habits that help them to do their best work - even in the most challenging times. 

The experience set me on the path to a 17-year career in HR, leadership and talent development - partnering with brand leaders and founders who valued my commercial focus to building leadership capability, delivering organisational change and increasing employee engagement for improved business performance.

My drive to push myself has now brought me to CI where I support individuals and teams to execute with greater speed, confidence and readiness to take on whatever opportunities and challenges arise - even those they cannot yet imagine.
